Wow, I went through these exercises and afterwards, now I can barely here the tinnitus. For me the tinnitus sounds like hundreds of crickets, and I notice it when it’s really quiet. I definitely will continue these exercises. That is answered prayer for me. Thank you Lord! Especially the last exercise where you cross the index finger over the middle finger
